Who doesn’t love pancakes…better yet protein pancakes!
Pumped Up Protein Pancake
- Yield: Serves 2
- Cook Time:
- 1 cup Pumped Up mix
- 2/3 water
- Preheat griddle to med/low heat (250-275°F)
- Whisk 1 cup of mix (2 servings) with 2/3 cup of cold water. Let batter sit for 2-3 minutes to thicken. Add water or mix to achieve desired consistency.
- Pour batter into 4 inch pancakes on lightly greased griddle.
- Cook for about 2 minutes or until bubbles break on the surface. Flip and cook until golden brown. Makes about 6 pancakes.
