High Protein Snack your kids will love too!
I’ve always found my afternoon snacks to be that hardest meals to put together. By the time I’ve prepped mosts of my breakfasts, lunches, and dinners for the week my creative juices are completely drained. Which is why you’ll quickly notice that I revert back to “kid” food when it comes to assembling these meals. I’m positive all you Moms out there will be able to share this with your kiddos too!

When you’re in the mood for a snack that’s savory, sweet, and crunchy why not chose all of them?
- 2oz Deli Turkey (preferably one that is minimally processed, has no msg, nitrates, preservatives, or hormones) http://boarshead.com/products/turkey
- 2oz Almond Cheese – Love this stuff! It’s high in protein and very low in fat, can you say “winner?” http://www.lisanattifoods.com/index.php?option=com_zoo&view=category&layout=category&Itemid=8
- 1 cup Green Grapes
- 1/2 cup sliced bell pepper – your choice of color
- 15 almonds
Carbs – 25g
Protein – 30g
Fat – 12g
