#FitTipTuesday – Vacation Edition

I’ve worked hard to cultivate a healthy lifestyle at home so for me those habits are easily transferred when I travel. I will tell you I definitely DO chill & fully enjoy my travels but there is absolutely no reason to eat like an A-hole! πŸ˜‚

πŸ“±I DON’T track macros – instead I eat intuitively. For me that means I make sure to have protein, complex carbs, & heathy fats on each plate of food I order.

🍹I DO indulge in delicious cocktails here & there. (Obvi I’m breastfeeding so it’s much more limited on this particular trip πŸ˜‰)

πŸ— It’s hard to consume enough protein while traveling so I usually bring travel size protein options with me like @nuzest_usa @vitalproteins @rxbar

πŸ‹πŸ»β€β™€οΈ I loosen up on workouts but challenge myself to get in a few days at the hotel gym + get active outside to enjoy my surroundings. πŸŒŠβ˜€οΈ (so far no workouts this trip πŸ˜¬πŸ‘ΆπŸ»)

❌ Last and most important piece, I’m not hard on myself!!!
It’s a freaking a vacation! Drop the mindset that you’re a huge failure & you have to punish yourself because you relaxed a little bit from your routine.
