Nutritional Yeast aka “Nooch”….sounds and looks gross but it’s ohhhhhh so good!

It is a deactivated yeast unlike baking yeasts that we’re used to. So don’t worry about it doing something funky in your stomach. 😂

Nutritional yeast has a savory cheesy like flavor somewhat similar to Parmesan. It is a perfect substitute for cheese products if you’re vegan or dairy free…and the nutritional profile is 👌🏼

Selenium
Zinc
Folic Acid
B-complex vitamins
+
0 fat, gluten free, and 2 tablespoons contains 7-9 grams of protein 🙌🏼

Try putting it on your morning 🍳
or as a healthier topping on 🍿
