Having the right trainer and workout partner makes all the difference in the world when it comes to achieving your fitness goals. These girls help me push my limits weekly and are especially supportive when it comes to areas I want to improve. I SUCK at pull-ups and chin ups and could barely do one when I first started training with Kristi. I’ve wanted to quit or conveniently ignore the “pull up” portions of my workouts but she continually holds me accountable. Because of her belief in me I’ve grown stronger every passing month and look at me now! I can do 6 chin ups in a row, wohoo!
